Peer Support Groups offer a welcoming blend of social connection and gentle structure. While they aren’t led by certified facilitators, our group leaders understand our organisation’s purpose and values, helping to guide the conversation in a supportive and inclusive way. These sessions include relaxed chats, discussion topics, and organisational updates, along with helpful resources to build health literacy and strengthen self‑advocacy.

We’d love you to join us. New financial members are always welcome, and you’re encouraged to bring along family or friends who support you. It’s a safe, respectful space where everyone is valued.
