In commemorating 40 years of Scleroderma Victoria, we are committed to continuing our great work to support our community.
Scleroderma Victoria needs the support of those with scleroderma, their family and friends and the wider community to create awareness and support each other.
But we can’t do it without you!
We have set ourselves a goal to reach 400 memberships in 2019!
Every membership counts, and we work hard as Volunteers to provide the following to our members:
- Contributing to fund the Scleroderma Nurses at specialist clinics
- Increased the number of Victorian Support Groups
- Specialist Guest Speakers to provide valuable information at our Support Group meetings
- Several Fund-raising events, such as World Scleroderma Day and the More than Skin Deep Fashion Parade
- Funding toward the Australian Scleroderma Interest Group (ASIG) for valuable research
- Additional Oxygen Concentrators to further enable community participation for people with Scleroderma
- Quarterly newsletters to provide valuable information and research updates
